C&B Manager (Digital transformation/ MNC / Sizable operations)

Company Description Our client is a highly reputable, established leader within the food sector. To support ongoing HR transformation initiatives, they seek for a C&B Manager to join. Responsibilities • Supervise and develop a small team, managing end-to-end payroll, salary reviews, incentives, and benefits administration. • Partner with IT and the project team to lead the C&B workstream for the new HRIS implementation, from system design to go-live. • Oversee data cleansing, validation, and migration; lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure payroll and compensation calculations are accurate. • Translate C&B policies into system requirements; act as the key liaison between HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors. • Guarantee the new system complies with HK & Macau labor laws, MPF, and tax regulations; maintain strong internal controls. • Redesign workflows to automate manual tasks and improve efficiency using the new platform. • Use the new system to generate dashboards (Power BI) and analytics on headcount, costs, and turnover to support management decisions. • Train the team and communicate system changes to stakeholders and business partners.
