About the Role As an Assistant Vice President, Human Resources (Rewards & Benefits), you will support the development, implementation, and governance of the Group's compensation, incentives, and benefits programmes. The role will lead the annual compensation and bonus review cycle, oversee Long-Term Incentive (LTI) programmes, and provide subject matter expertise on executive remuneration, employment taxation, and rewards governance.
