Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Process and manage structured notes and derivatives trades, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Liaise closely with sales teams and traders to resolve trade booking issues • Handle full trade life-cycle events, including amendments, settlements, and maturities • Coordinate with Head Office on securities setup and ongoing market price maintenance • Perform day-end controls and ensure proper transaction recording • Conduct daily reconciliations between traders’ blotters, system records, and broker confirmations • Review, investigate, and resolve cash and securities reconciliation breaks • Manage market data administration and related controls • Liaise with traders, brokers, custodians, and internal stakeholders to resolve settlement discrepancies • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies • Handle internal and external enquiries professionally and efficiently • Participate in ad-hoc projects and process improvement initiatives Show More
