The Company Our client a well-known financial institution organization is seeking a HR Assistant to join their growing recruitment team. This role offers exposure to end‑to‑end recruitment process with regional exposures The Role • Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling (phone, video, onsite) across multiple time zones, including confirmations, reschedules, and cancellations. • Manage interview logistics such as calendar invites, meeting rooms, and video conferencing. • Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and positive interview experience. • Maintain accurate candidate and interview records in the ATS. • Support ATS data management and migration activities, including data cleansing, validation, reporting, and testing. • Assist with job postings, offer documentation, background checks, and general recruitment administration. • Prepare basic recruitment reports and support process improvement initiatives.
