Job Description

Our client, a reputable Financial Institution, is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to provide operational support to the Human Capital team, with a key focus on interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and maintaining accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This is a 1-year contract role with potential for conversion to a permanent position, subject to performance and business needs. Some of the key responsibilities will include: • Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling (phone, video, onsite) across multiple stakeholders and time zones, ensuring timely confirmations and smooth logistics. • Manage end-to-end interview coordination including reschedules, cancellations, meeting room/video setup, and accurate calendar invitations. • Serve as the key point of contact for candidates, handling interview-related queries professionally and ensuring a positive candidate experience. • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS, ensuring timely updates, reporting support, and strong data accuracy. • Support new ATS implementation and data migration activities, including data cleansing, validation, testing support, and basic troubleshooting during and after go-live.
