Top tier luxury hotel experience Dynamic and vibrant working environment Option of MPF or ORSO retirement scheme Key Accountabilities: • Reviews and analyses the monthly profit and loss statements to control expenses and ensure the annual budget is achieved • Maintains service standards through adherence to The Peninsula Standards, directing and supervising daily operations, overseeing the standards of items delivered to guests and maintaining interior decorations and materials • Plans, organises and directs team members to ensure the highest degree of guest satisfaction • Manages the average check and promotes food and beverage sales • Understands internal and external customers, suppliers and competitors and identifies areas for improvement Show More
