Job Description

Role Purpose: The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for leading the organisation's mission, strategy, and operations, with a core focus on building and sustaining strong relationships with the HKSAR Government and public sector stakeholders. Reporting to the Board, the CEO will ensure the organisation remains a trusted partner to government, delivers high‑quality public services, and operates to the highest standards of governance, transparency, and integrity.
