Your new role • Manage the full life insurance application process from submission to policy issuance. • Review application forms and required documents for accuracy & completeness. • Submit cases to insurers and monitor progress through service teams. • Communicate clear, regular status updates to advisors and clients throughout the application journey. • Resolve administrative issues, missing documentation, or delays by liaising with insurer service teams. • Maintain accurate case records, communication logs, and documentation in internal systems. • Build strong relationships with advisors, insurer service teams, and internal departments to support smooth case operations.
