Job Description

Private Credit Overview: The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in structuring and executing complex credit transactions, as well as the ability to originate deals and distribute assets to banks, institutional investors, and private credit funds. Your New Role: • Origination: Source private credit opportunities across corporate, infrastructure, and special situations; build relationships with corporates, sponsors, and intermediaries; deliver tailored financing solutions. • Structuring & Execution: Lead deal execution from due diligence and financial modeling to documentation and closing; structure transactions including project finance, acquisition finance, LBOs, mezzanine, and convertibles; negotiate terms and covenants; coordinate with internal and external advisors. • Distribution & Syndication: Manage loan syndication and distribution to banks, institutional investors, and private credit funds; maintain investor relationships; oversee primary syndication and support secondary sales; provide market insights on pricing and investor appetite.
