Partnering with a pioneering RMB 100B+ AUM quant manager to hire a Quantitative Trading & Execution Analyst. This is a rare opportunity to own the full trading lifecycle, driving strategy evolution through sophisticated LOB analysis and Python automation within a high-conviction culture. Key Responsibilities: • Execution & Optimization: Daily strategy maintenance and real-time configuration tuning • Microstructure Analysis: Analyze LOB (Limit Order Books) and liquidity trends to identify execution anomalies • Automation: Maintain Python/Linux tools for log processing, reporting, and strategy attribution • Strategy Iteration: Identify model-to-market deviations to drive continuous alpha research
