Join us now as Trader in Hong Kong within the Trade Support Group under Regional Asia Pacific Trading Department. What You Do Trading Services - Junior Trader or Trade Support Staff: • Manage commission data, targets versus actuals numbers’ , reports, and CSA information. • Generate quarterly, semi-annual, and annual transaction and market reports for management. • Monitor daily post-trade executions using Virtu’s TCA reports. • Cross-check Traders’ orders by market at End of Day for accuracy and discrepancies. • Develop and maintain automated reporting pipelines for trade execution metrics (Python/VBA), with visualizations in PowerBI/Databricks. • Track IPO and placement paperwork, ensure allocation fairness, maintain IPO summary data, and provide compliance information. • Provide re-charge and transfer pricing data for AllianzGI AP, JP, Singapore, Malaysia, and Taiwan to Finance & Compliance. • Compile daily market news for morning meetings and prepare mid-market updates for equity emails. • Respond promptly to compliance queries and collaborate with the manager. • Use Bloomberg AIM extensively and understand its key functions. • Stay updated on IPOs and ECM deals, share info with the investment team, work with brokers as needed. • Resolve settlement issues, liaise between brokers and settlements, handle trading paperwork. • Continuously review workflows, seek improvements, and stay informed about advanced trading technologies.
