Job Description

Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding securities services queries, including custody, clearing, settlements, and corporate actions • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with institutional clients (e.g., asset managers, hedge funds, banks) • Proactively communicate updates on transactions, issues, and service enhancements Operational Support • Monitor and resolve trade lifecycle issues across equities, fixed income, and other asset classes • Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure timely settlement and reconciliation of trades • Track and escalate breaks, fails, or discrepancies, ensuring swift resolution Show More
