The Role • Liaise with clients to gather required documentation and information for the onboarding process. • Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. • Maintain accurate records of client onboarding status and documentation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal and compliance, to resolve any onboarding issues. • Assist in the refinement of onboarding processes and systems to enhance client experience. • Provide timely updates to management on client onboarding progress and challenges.
