Job Description

As a ServiceNow Integration Engineer (f/m/d), you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of integrations and workflow automations on the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on enabling reliable, scalable, and secure workflow orchestration using ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and API‑based integrations to connect internal systems, enterprise platforms, and agents. You will work closely with business analysts, process owners, platform architects, and engineering teams to understand workflow and integration requirements and translate them into robust technical designs. By applying best practices in integration architecture, error handling, and platform governance, you will help ensure that ServiceNow‑based workflows are production‑ready, resilient, and aligned with enterprise and regulatory standards.
