System Analyst - Insurance / Middleware / Java / 50k to 70k I am currently helping our Client seeking a System Analyst to join the team in Hong Kong. Role and Requirements • System Development and improvement. • Carries out system development and enhancements as requested by users and leaders to boost operational efficiency and streamline business processes, thereby enhancing the company's capabilities. • Evaluates user needs, current system workflows, and procedures. • Conducts feasibility assessments, designs and evaluates systems/infrastructure/databases, and assists the supervisor in coordinating with various stakeholders. • Provides support and guidance for users at all levels to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services and maintain the seamless operation of application systems. • Leads small to medium-scale projects, preparing and overseeing project timelines. • Suggests IT practices for application development, system support, and testing (Functional and Regression). • Solid understanding of different phases of the System Development Life Cycle. • Solid working experience of middleware experience with Java EE, Spring and Hibernate is a must. • Solid experience of relational Database experience on at least one of Sybase, MSSQL, and Oracle. • Insurance industry is highly preferred.
