Chip-Level Failure Analysis (Core) • Support chip-level failure analysis tasks, including reballing, curve tracing, ATE testing, SLT testing, CSAM, and IR. 2. Quality Assurance & Compliance • Implement and enforce quality control procedures and industry standards (e.g., JEDEC, IPC) throughout the product lifecycle. • Conduct inspections, tests, and audits on products to detect, document, and report defects or non-conformances.
