GLOBAL SOURCING MANAGER KEY FUNCTION The Global Sourcing Managers are the day-to-day governors of external Outsourcing partners’ performance. While the Global Sourcing Leaders define the "where-to-play," the Global Sourcing Managers manage the "how-to-execute."
