Your Scope • Program Ownership: Act as the primary supply chain architect for major global accounts, overseeing total landed cost, margin integrity, and fulfillment agility. • Sourcing & Negotiation: Lead supplier negotiations and partner selection to foster a cost-competitive supplier ecosystem across multiple regions. • Supplier Management and Process Facilitation: Act as the key contact point for supplier performance monitoring, and facilitate delivery process – identify bottlenecks and drive for continuous process improvement • Stakeholder Influence: Serve as the bridge between top-tier customers and internal operations, leading regular reviews to drive continuous performance elevation. • Cross-Border Leadership: Manage diverse, matrixed teams to execute complex product roadmaps from NPI (New Product Introduction) through to mass production.
