TAL Apparel employs around 20,000 people in Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, China, Macau, Malaysia and Ethiopia, producing annually ca. 50 million pieces of garment for mid to high-end customers in the US, Europe and Asia. The company is divided into 4 Business Units (BUs) specializing in different product lines. The Third Layer (TTL) focuses on outerwear for premium retail brands and is supported by well-established factory in Thailand. The Material Sourcing Director is responsible for defining and executing the material sourcing strategy that aligns with TTL’s business direction.
