Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Drive seasonal raw material capacity planning across a global vendor network. • Make strategic decisions regarding order allocation and projection adjustments across countries and suppliers. • Develop short to mid-term raw material capacity strategies aligned with business objectives and global sourcing priorities. • Partner with Demand Planning leadership to improve forecast accuracy and optimize capacity utilization. • Monitor market trends, calendar shifts, and risk indicators to proactively adjust capacity plans. • Advance material sourcing operations strategies supporting new product introductions, supply chain resilience, and on-time delivery performance. • Collaborate closely with Product Development, Technical, Production Management, QA, Logistics, Finance, and Sourcing teams to ensure seamless execution.
