Business Manager, Global Equities Trading and AMM, GM APAC

Job Description

The Business Manager will cover APAC Global Equities Trading & Automated Market Making desk and provide support to senior stakeholders, including APAC Head of Global Equities, APAC Prime Services, APAC Equity Derivatives and Cash Equities. The position holder will be critical for driving strategic projects, implementing business & technology governance & supervision framework with a strong focus on transversal Equities platforms. Responsibilities • Ensure proper controls and governance are in place for the business activities, and that risks/regulatory matters be properly and timely addressed. • Facilitate the development of business activities focusing on APAC platforms (clients & markets) • Act as the interface between Business and IT & Operations /Functions • Gather/Analyze/Provide relevant KPIs and KRIs on the business perimeter to the stakeholders • Liaise with Support Functions to ensure sound business support & escalations • Drive and lead transversal initiatives and collaborate with own team and other teams in a transparent and proactive fashion Show More
