Job Description

Responsibilities • Coordinate with frontline traders/sales, back office and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations in Treasury Markets Division (“TMD”); • Resolve & follow up operations/system related issues impacting TMD, monitoring and resolving such issues; • Support new product initiatives for TMD; • Prepare MIS report for TMD; • Develop & review operation procedure for TMD; • Represent TMD in bank-wide projects, collect user requirements, monitor project status and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT); • Adopt technology solutions including Fintech, Reg-tech and GenAI to optimize business operations; • Coordinate with front office/back office and legal for ISDA/GMRA documentation handling Show More
