Job Duty • Process SME lending application • Ensure smooth SME digital journey • Follow through end to end SME lending process until drawdown • Fulfil KPI assigned by the bank • Handle client enquiry and deliver satisfactory customer service • Adhere to bank policy and procedure to work in a compliant manner Job requirements • 3 year sales experience on Banking or Financial company lending product • Basic KYC knowledge on SME is preferable • Matriculated or above • Positive working attitude, Energetic, Result-oriented and self-motivated • Strong drive to success and adaptive to work in a fast moving environment • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
