Job Responsibilities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and marketing, to define and implement user experience strategies. • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions. • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and other design tools. • Create and maintain design specifications and guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital platforms. • Advocate for user-centered design practices and foster a design-thinking culture within the organization. • Analyze user feedback and analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the user journey. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design, particularly within the insurance and finance sectors.
