Job Description • Plan, conduct, and lead end-to-end UX research including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and field studies • Analyze user behavior, pain points, and needs to generate actionable insights • Develop personas, journey maps, and user flows based on research findings • Collaborate with stakeholders to define research objectives and success metrics • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications • Translate research insights into intuitive and engaging user experiences • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback • Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI guidelines • Work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders • Present research findings and design solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • Align designs with business goals and technical feasibility The Successful Applicant • Minimum 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing UX research work • Proven experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods • Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD), design thinking, and usability principles • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar • Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing platforms • Ability to interpret research data and turn it into design improvements • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and presentation abilities • Curious mindset with a passion for understanding user behavior • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment What's on Offer • Opportunity to shape impactful user experiences • Collaborative and innovation-driven work environment • Career growth and skill development opportunities • Competitive compensation and benefits Show More
