The ideal candidate has strong problem solving and analytical skills, and is able to work with others to turn ideas into action. They don't stop at finding a neat solution to a problem - they want to implement change and see the results of their work. They're comfortable with data, ready to tackle tricky problems in ambiguous situations, and able to partner with stakeholders, including senior leaders.
