Director – KYC Compliance (Private Banking) We are partnering with a leading international private bank to hire a Director – KYC Compliance to be based in Hong Kong. This is a senior role supporting the Head of FCC Compliance and driving robust AML/CFT governance across private banking operations. What you’ll be doing: • Strengthen governance, risk management, and controls • Lead Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for complex client profiles • Support key governance forums including case escalations and documentation • Drive KYC-related projects, remediation initiatives, and system enhancements across the regions (Hong Kong and Singapore) • Partner with stakeholders across Front Office, Compliance, and Audit • Prepare management reporting on KYC metrics, risk trends, and regulatory matters • Support regulatory change, gap analysis, and training initiatives Show More
