Head of Airfreight, Greater China

Job Description

Serves as the Head of Airfreight, the incumbent is accountable for the fiscal and operational oversight; provide leadership and direction of Airfreight business in respective locations to ensure a performing culture that provides quality service, timely delivery and operational efficiency that ensures client satisfaction to meet growth plan and profitability goals. Ensure the quality-of-service deliverable comply with enlarging the BSA from respective locations, KPIs, meet the service level agreement, and the company standards. • Develop business objectives, strategies and plans for the respective business unit to grow profitably and meet the overall expectations of the Country/Regional/Corporate Management as well as develop the department in alignment with the company’s global short-term and long-term business visions and goals respectively. • Achieve the P/L and volume for Airfreight Product, Greater China. • Target at enlarging Hong Kong and SHA BSA with combination on coloading and develop Airfreight Product in respective locations. • Act as partnership to coordinate with other countries and functions to support RFQ, QBR, project, growth of revenue initiatives and customer retention. • Uplift corporate culture and values through development of internal communications to drive organizational excellence. • Provide guidance and delegation to local operations manager in Air department to ensure the quality of operations and team development. • Structure, build and enhance relationships with customers to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability.
