Job Description

Your new role • Lead Finance Transformation initiatives across property project accounting (AP / AR / GL) and reporting functions, with a strong focus on change management and organisational adoption • Drive end-to-end process redesign to improve efficiency, standardisation, and internal controls across finance operations • Act as a key change agent to plan, communicate, and implement transformation initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition and stakeholder buy-in. • Support the implementation of finance technologies, including automation tools and AI-driven solutions for reporting, forecasting, and data analytics • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements for development entities/projects • Partner closely with IT, finance, and project teams to drive system enhancements, data integrity, and process alignment. • Develop management dashboards and insights to support data-driven decision-making • Engage and influence senior stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to adopt new processes and tools effectively. • Design and deliver training, documentation, and communication plans to embed sustainable change within the finance function.
