Our client is a well-established international B2B and B2C tech company with its own brand, operating across Asia markets. With a strong footprint in both corporate and consumer channels, the business is continuing to expand its international presence and capabilities, and moving into the exciting phase of pre IPO Duties: • Equity Story & Messaging: Translate complex business metrics and financial data into a compelling, market-friendly investment narrative. • Syndicate & Banker Liaison: Work alongside underwriters, legal counsel, and the executive team during prospectus drafting, roadshows, and valuation discussions. • Analyst & Investor Targeting: Identify and build relationships with prospective institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and private equity stakeholders. • Infrastructure Setup: Architect internal IR protocols, disclosure policies, shareholder CRMs, and earnings prep processes ahead of the listing.
