Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Lead and support end-to-end research projects, including research design, data collection, analysis, and reporting • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (e.g., surveys, interviews, desk research, data analysis) to address business questions • Translate complex findings into clear insights, executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to clarify objectives, align scope, and manage expectations • Support insight-to-action discussions by providing fact-based recommendations • Support customer panel / community research operations • Manage multiple research requests and priorities with strong attention to detail and timelines • Support ad hoc initiatives to enhance customer experience Experience & Skills Show More
