Job Description

Responsibilities • Manage the Founder's complex calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Founder • Act as a key liaison between the Founder and stakeholders, including clients, business partners, and service providers • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and correspondence • Organize business trips, events, and high-level meetings • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism • Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations • Support ad-hoc projects and business initiatives as required
