Product Strategy Head, Actuarial & Treasury

Job Description

The Product Strategy Head is responsible for overseeing technology solution design, delivery of tech products to enable the realization of business outcomes, as well as the smooth transition into BAU and Technology Run & Maintain teams. The role will also lead the Technology solution architecture design of the Actuarial Workstream, covering the implementation of the new Pathwise platform as well as the delivery of the fully integrated data platforms supporting the actuaries. They will also be responsible for driving technology delivery into the group treasury space supporting the firms capital management processes. The individual will collaborate with the Group Head actuary, FFP program team and the group treasury function other DPS finance product teams group functions and LBU technology teams to help build and drive the strategies across the Actuary and Treasury Finance functions. This role will require a strong understanding of both technology (Modern data platforms, Cloud and AI) and the business domains (i.e. Insurance Actuarial modelling and results production processes, IFRS 17, Treasury).
