To drive their continued expansion across local and international markets, they are seeking an independent, strategic, and high-caliber Senior HR Manager to lead and elevate their HR function. Responsibilities • Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations across all restaurant outlets, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and performance management. • Lead, mentor, and develop the existing HR team, delegating tasks effectively while ensuring operational excellence and service standards across all people-related functions. • Drive end-to-end recruitment for front-of-house and back-of-house roles, with a specialized focus on attracting and retaining culinary talents globally. Serve as the primary HR liaison for Michelin-starred or high-profile chefs, managing their unique contractual needs, expectations, and work permit requirements. • Foster a positive, high-performance workplace culture aligned with the group's luxury brand image. Proactively address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and champion staff engagement initiatives to reduce turnover in the competitive F&B landscape. • Partner closely with the Head of Finance on manpower budgeting, cost control, headcount forecasting, and payroll accuracy. Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, immigration regulations, and F&B-specific health/safety certification requirements. • Review, refine, and implement HR policies and procedures that support both local operations and the group's international expansion, ensuring consistency across all locations. • Collaborate with senior leadership on workforce structuring and talent mapping for new outlet openings and overseas market entries, including expatriate mobilization and cross-border HR compliance.
