A rare opportunity for an executive-level Group Head of Human Resources to champion the human resources strategy and workplace administration across Asia. Acting as a vital strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, you will drive operational excellence, lead change management, and build a unified company culture. Travel within Asia is required to align and support regional teams. Core Responsibilities 1. Strategic Advisory & Change Leadership • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational growth plans. • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and C-suite on workforce planning and organizational development. • Lead change management initiatives across all regional offices.
