Treasury Manager

Job Description

What will you do? • Manage and expand global banking relationships across multiple jurisdictions, acting as the key point of contact with relationship banks on daily treasury operations, credit facilities, account management, and new banking solutions • Design, implement, and continuously optimize inter-company cash and funding structures, including cash pooling, intercompany loans, and internal settlement mechanisms, to ensure liquidity efficiency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with bank requirements • Lead and coordinate bank-related reviews, including annual KYC, credit reviews, covenant compliance reporting, and ad-hoc information requests from banks • Prepare, review, and maintain treasury-related documentation, including bank agreements, intercompany loan documentation, and internal treasury policies • Work closely with Accounting, Tax, Legal, and Business teams to ensure treasury structures and transactions are properly executed, documented, and recorded • dentify opportunities to improve treasury efficiency through better utilization of banking products, process optimization, and system enhancements Show More
