(Assistant) Finance Manager - AR

Job Description

Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end Accounts Receivable function including billing, collections, cash application, and reconciliations • Monitor AR ageing and drive timely collections to optimise cash flow and reduce overdue balances • Establish and enforce credit control policies, credit limits, and risk assessment procedures • Review and approve customer credit terms, perform ongoing creditworthiness analysis • Prepare AR reports including ageing, DSO, cash collection forecasts, and variance analysis • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and unapplied cash issues • Partner with retail, wholesale, and commercial teams to support sales operations and customer relationships • Manage receivables from key accounts including department stores, distributors, and franchise partners • Support new store openings and business expansion with robust invoicing and payment processes • Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements for AR efficiency • Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with audit and company policies • Lead, coach, and develop AR team; set KPIs and monitor performance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve working capital and financial processes Show More
