About the job We are partnering with an international law firm for an Accounting Officer position. Key Responsibilities: • Handle full-cycle accounts payable processing, including posting disbursements, office expenses, and staff expense claims. • Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs. • Take responsibility for timely and accurate month-end closing activities. • Prepare month-end journal entries, inter-company transaction postings, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations. • Support the Senior Accountant in coordinating with external auditors and preparing statutory accounts in line with the firm’s timetable. • Assist with the annual income tax filing process. • Provide cover for AR receipts posting • Post accurate daily journals for cash collections and ensure precise AR settlements across Asia locations. • Perform ad hoc assignments when necessary.
