Job Description

Responsibilities: • Perform full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, payroll calculation, employee relations, etc; • Input system data, • Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information • Liaise with operation managers to assist to collect employment document, • Checking all employment document, • Assist to prepare monthly and regular reports, Requirements: • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources or related disciplines • At least 2 years relevant experience in HR role. • Good interpersonal & communication skills • Knowledge of HKSAR Employment Ordinance and Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance is preferred; • Knowledge of using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing; • Independent, positive work attitude, well-organized, detailed-minded, able to work under pressure and be a team player, • Immediate availability is highly preferred. • Final year students/ Recent graduates from University are welcomed.
