Job Description

Summary of the role and key responsibilities: • Own full-cycle recruitment for Sales & Trading roles, including requirement intake, sourcing strategy, screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding coordination. • Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand talent needs, role profiles, and urgency—translating business priorities into effective recruiting plans. • Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels (networking, referrals, direct outreach, search partners, and job boards), ensuring both quality and speed. • Shortlist and evaluate candidates against defined competencies, role requirements, and market benchmarks; lead structured assessment processes. • Coordinate interview processes end-to-end (calendar management, panel scheduling, interview guides, evaluation consolidation). • Manage external relationships with agencies and/or preferred search firms where applicable. • Maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs; use market knowledge to anticipate hiring demand. • Ensure compliance and adherence to TA policies across candidate data handling and process governance. • Provide reporting and insights to stakeholders (pipeline status, time-to-fill, funnel conversion, feedback themes, and market intelligence).
