A leading global investment bank is looking for an Equities Middle Office Analyst to join its Hong Kong team on a 9-month maternity cover. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure within a front-office facing environment, supporting a dynamic equities trading desk across a wide range of derivative products. Key Responsibilities • Partner with trading, sales, settlement, technology, and offshore support teams to investigate trade issues and resolve operational queries promptly. • Monitor daily equities trading activity and ensure transactions are properly reflected across internal booking and risk platforms. • Carry out trade support duties across products such as TRS, equity swaps, listed futures and options, structured notes, and OTC equity derivatives. • Perform regular position, trade, and activity checks throughout the day and after market close to identify breaks or booking discrepancies. • Ensure key controls, reconciliations, and sign-offs are completed accurately within required timelines. • Help streamline daily workflows and support enhancements to middle office processes where required.
