Flying Factory Manager - On-Site Logistics & Processing

Job Description

The Flying Factory Manager is responsible for overseeing the production of station module assembly, on-site logistic hubs and processing stations that handle structure steel, precast concrete, architectural builders’ works and finishes (ABWF), and electrical & mechanical (E&M) components. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality handling, staging, and pre-installation of materials to support fast-track construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Technical & Material Handling • Supervise unloading, staging, and temporary processing of structural steel and precast elements; • Oversee ABWF materials (tiles, panels, cladding, etc.) to ensure proper storage and protection; • Manage E&M components including prefabricated mechanical/electrical modules, ensuring compliance with safety and installation standards; • Coordinate lifting and rigging operations with crane teams; • Conduct quality checks before materials are released for installation.
