Responsibilities As a hybrid production-support and business analyst, you will own the end-to-end change lifecycle. Responsibilities include translating business requirements, acting as a trusted stakeholder liaison, and resolving live production issues to maintain system stability and drive improvements. ▪ Management and tracking of daily production problems and user requests, effective and timely resolution and communication with the clients. Regular interaction with business users, development and infrastructure teams on system related issues and enhancement requests.
