About the Role WeWork Greater China is looking for a Community Associate who will be part of a team responsible for managing the daily operations of the operations team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of members satisfaction. This full-time position is based in Hong Kong and reports directly to Community Team Lead. Key Responsibilities: - Be the first and last point of contact for any members and visitors as the ambassador of WeWork Greater China - Oversee the management of the front desk, including move-in/move-out processes
