Job Description

What the job involve: • Project related parties access permit application • Soft/Hardcopy project information filing • Spare parts arrangement and to include the equipment in maintenance contract after DLP • Assist to arrange project manpower resource for MDP/Small Project Team/Soft Team and submission • Assist daily operation with Shift Team, i.e. inventory checking, daily R&M work • ARP & HID Safe Access Permit application for both team • Provide proper soft service skills to client • Assist the team for general duty • Manage all outsourced service contracts, including inspections and quality management of service delivery • Undertake comprehensive tendering procedures for all outsourced services. • Ensure compliance with contractual SLA in order to meet KPI targets • Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations • Assist in ensuring the implementation of preventive maintenance program • Respond to emergency incidents within the Emergency Response Procedures • Ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit standards • Carry out periodic FM inspections • Proactively identify and investigate potential cost saving or value add opportunities • Any ad hoc task assigned by Facilities Manager
