Job Description

About the Company Brainsmart Technology is a world-class pioneer in brain–computer interface (BCI) neurotherapeutics. We are on a mission to decode the brain to restore connection and improve lives. Originating from the Advanced Biomedical Instrumentation Centre (ABIC)—a joint initiative between the University of Hong Kong (HKU) and Harvard University under Hong Kong’s InnoHK program—we are developing the next generation of minimally invasive neural interfaces. Our flagship Minimally Invasive μ-ECoG™ System enables high-density, large-area brain signal decoding without craniotomy. This flexible, epidural, and MRI-compatible technology holds transformative potential for epilepsy surgery, stroke rehabilitation, speech decoding, and tumor treating fields (TTF). With successful large-animal validations and an ongoing FDA Q-Sub process, we are expanding aggressively into the U.S. market. This is a rare opportunity to join a well-funded, fast-scaling international startup at the ground floor of its global expansion.
