Operating across multiple markets, they offer a comprehensive suite of insurance products and are actively investing in modernizing their technology and customer platforms. Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across life/general insurance projects, from discovery to delivery. • Gather, analyze, and document clear, structured, and testable business and functional requirements across core insurance processes (e.g., policy administration, underwriting, claims, billing, broker portals, customer portals). • Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and IT teams to translate business needs into detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Wear dual hats as Business Analyst and Quality Assurance (QA), taking ownership of both requirements clarity and solution quality. • Design and write test cases/test scenarios upfront (before development) to ensure a shift-left, quality-first approach. • Drive and support QA and UAT activities, including test planning, execution, defect management, and sign-off. • Apply ATDD practices (preferred) by defining acceptance criteria early and aligning stakeholders using example-based scenarios (e.g., Given-When-Then). • Mentor and guide junior members, promoting best practices and consistency. • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication, managing expectations and driving decisions effectively.
