About the role We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Agency & Brokers - General Insurance to a leading international insurer in Hong Kong. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for leading and managing our agency and broker relationships, driving growth and innovation within our general insurance business. Job Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow our agency and broker networks, enhancing relationships and driving increased sales and profitability • Manage a team of regional agency and broker managers, providing strong leadership and coaching to ensure they achieve their performance goals • Identify and onboard new high-potential agencies and brokers, negotiating mutually beneficial contracts and providing the necessary support for them to succeed • Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements • Work closely with the underwriting, sales and marketing teams to develop innovative insurance solutions tailored to the needs of our agency and broker partners • Monitor and report on the performance of the agency and broker distribution channels, making data-driven recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies governing agency and broker relationships Show More
