Payment Operations Specialist (Fiat & Digital Assets)

Job Description

Role Purpose As a Payment Operations Specialist, you will be the engine room of our transaction flow. You will manage the daily movement of funds across traditional banking rails and digital asset networks. This is not a "data entry" role; we are looking for an agile professional who actively uses AI tools and automation to eliminate manual bottlenecks, handles complex exceptions, and supports the broader Finance team in reporting and audit functions. Core Responsibilities 1. Transaction Management & Exception Handling • Manual Returns & Investigations: Manage and resolve failed or rejected payments (fiat wires and digital transfers). Identify root causes and coordinate with banks or Liquidity Providers (LPs) to ensure fund recovery. • Payment Proofs: Generate and verify official payment confirmations for high-value clients and institutional partners. • Exceptional Handling: Address "edge case" scenarios in payment routing, such as Sanction/AML hits, mismatched beneficiary details, or network congestion in digital assets.
