The RoleLead and execute M&A transactions, including origination, evaluation, structuring and executionDevelop and drive Group-wide long-term strategic initiatives, including portfolio optimisation and capital allocationIdentify and realise synergies across business units, enhancing operational efficiency and cross-platform value creationManage and strengthen relationships with external partners, JV stakeholders, and investment counterpartiesEvaluate strategic investments, partnerships, and joint ventures across multiple sectorsSupport deal structuring, negotiations, and due diligence processes with internal and external advisorsProvide strategic insight to senior management on market opportunities, investment themes, and competitive positioning Your Profile10-15 years of experience across:Investment banking / private equity / corporate finance (front office), ANDIn-house corporate development / corporate finance / strategyProven track record in executing M&A transactions and complex strategic projectsStrong experience in deal structuring, valuation, and stakeholder managementExposure to multi-business or conglomerate environments is advantageousExcellent ability to engage senior stakeholders and navigate joint venture structuresStrong commercial mindset with the ability to translate strategy into executionDegree in Finance, Business, or related disciplines; professional qualifications (e.g., CFA) preferred Apply Today To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
